188,000 books on their way!

May is always a very busy month for the READ Book Projects as our volunteers do the final sorting and matching of the books to the Tanzanian syllabus. Once sorted and matched they are boxed up and ready to go!

On the 4th June a 20ft container arrived at each of our storage bases across the UK to be filled and sent on their way to Tanzania.

This August our 9 teams of volunteers will meet their containers in Dar es Salaam, transport the books to their target regions and start the distribution process.
